So I decided to give pure digital inking a chance, as it could possibly take less time than the traditional 'pencil-then-scan-and-cleanupalot-and-add-some-digital-ink'-technique. I gave up already after one panel, as I realized that it-

-actually took longer..
-required a whole lot more concentration..
-and didn't look the way I wanted it to look (somehow colder, less organic)..
-in other words, more pain and less gain..

Other styles are better or easier to do purely digitally, but this comic... The typical 'Kordinar 25000'-feel somehow refuses to "transfer" into that technique.

So I'll keep on doing the traditional-digital hybrid way. For now at least. As I don't rule out there will be a way to effectively digitally simulate traditional technique eventually (or it exists already, I just need to figure it out), things may still change sometime in the future. But in any case, no matter how they're done, the drawings will keep on *looking* the same way.

I hate those prerecorded messages.

I'm with that dude that says to leave this place. Get as far away as possible!

The page does looks a little different but I can still see your style shine through.

...especially when I don't know how long I have to wait, so instead of just doing something else I have to just sit there, being 150% on guard all the time, as somebody may suddenly start taking with me anytime. One of the most tiring and pointless things ever.

One may wonder why they haven't left already o.O

I ditched the digital version and redid the whole page in the typical, traditional-digital hybrid way. It looks sort of different still, I'm not quite sure what it is, maybe the huge walls-of-text ..?

Ahhh... Those messages. Even in the future...
(Aw, sorry your 100% digital experience didn't go well! It probably takes a lot of getting used to, only doing digital D: )

They'll never die. And always been a true torture. So why not deliberately use them as that D:

It's something with this particular comic, it like it loses something essential when going entirely digital, what I got looked way too much generic and sterile. But I've got great digital experience too, when doing other styles, then it's indeed faster, more fun and also looking better :D

Thank you for calling Kordinar Emergency Services. You are all screwed. Have a nice day.

Yes, they could have kept it that simple xD But having it sink in slowly like this is so much more fun, toying with hopes and fears, and placing bets on how long it takes before they realize..
