Summary #2, Part II:
Happy scrolling :P

--

Some changes which had to be done in #2,
(Page 17, 28, 29, 41, 42, 43, 54, 55 and 56):

In theory, Gunny Kannon and Guardsman Eriksen look pretty distinct, Gunny has light blond curly hair and somewhat angular facial features, while Eriksen has straight hair, somewhat darker, more rounded facial features and freckles. But as they have a similar body type, and my drawing being sloppy at times, there's a risk they may get confused for another. That has been fixed now, it should be easy to tell them apart now.

--

And - time for the summer break, which means, nothing happens during August, next page will be up on September the 4th.

I may stop by some times here and there, but hard to say how often. See you then.

Greenwood Goat: *finishes archive binge* (to himself) Cool comic... and it looks like Alph's presentation was somewhat accurate! Kordinar's nonaligned wildlife to the rescue! >:=)> *adds Kordinar 25000 to regular reading list*

So this is how it began back then-
Cool!

Yes, when a gun wildlife with teeth is introduced, it just has to be used at some point.

Alph was actually right in most things, it's just ..somewhat too simplified.

I like this scrolling down format :) They fit my screen very well. This layout reminds me some Fantagraphics comic titles (Fantagraphics is a respected publishing house that some creators frame their rejection letter from them... no bullshit o__O. They actually do that.).

Yay for independent comics! :D

Yes, the scroll down is great for mobile, but for print ... not so much. Sometimes a scroll page can simply be split up into three (or something like that) print pages, but other times it can be a real headache.

Wow, I see, it's still a great honor that they took the time to write that rejection.

Agreed! I'm struggling on this format too. And not only for slicing mobile pages, but the story pace is totally different from print comics to online comics. Fortunately, your story is super dynamic, in high speed, so Kordinar 25000 doesn't suffer of "sluggish storytelling" as some stories online (yeah, I'm looking at my own project right now XD)

I once tried to convert Kordinar 25000 into vertical format by stacking panels on top of eachother instead of in the traditional Z form. It didn't work well, not only because of the pace, but also composition, particularly direction of motion.

And thanks :))

Yes, I've seen some really sluggish comics here and there :-/
But yours? No, I'd say quite the opposite - It has momentum, every panel moving the plot forwards, it's truly dynamic, the story as well as the visuals. If anything, some panels may be a little dialogue-heavy, but that's something I'm guilty of too.

Yep, agreed. I noticed online comics are almost... mute XD They don't have any long speeches as we can read in print comics.

yes, I've noticed that too. There are those who thinks webcomics have to be that way, but I don't agree with them, I think both can work well.

All planned out and well prepared, that keeps the damage at minimum, and she could just conveniently walk in and claim the world as hers.

Thanks, I will :))
