The use of separated, isolated networks has become a standard on Kordinar. Too risky to put everything in the one and same network. I doubt it fully works though, in the end it's just a question about finding the right cable, and translating the file format. And anything wireless has already lost anyway. But yes, it may "require" you to be an advanced hacker instead of just a mediocre one, so let's say we increased security somewhat... ;)

He can stare at the screen and get nuts..? In large amounts the effect is the same as with beer - total delirium :P

But yes, there's hope he'll come to his beer pretty soon. Or booze.

Ha ha ha! I like how his buddy can just walk around the hospital enjoying a cigarette. Kordinar is a pretty laid back place.

...as long as it's unlit.. ;)

Oh yes, Kordinar is the planet of laid backs. And pillows, nicely supporting all that laid-backiness.

Hahah, "yay!" Alph is so cute, I swear.
(Hahah, that last bit from Alph there too!)

Cool seeing more of his friends! Nice of them to all come and visit.:D

In many ways he's still a kid. Kordinar "childhood" probably lasts till you're 30 or so.. O.O

Yes, these are his best friends, we'll see more of them for sure.

Forgetting about the Movie-Dome is one thing, but forgetting about the beer :O

If the guy can smoke a cigarette, then he should have snuck in a beer for Alph, but then again that might not go well with his meds...

Who knows, maybe he *did* sneak in a beer or two - off screen. "Stealth beer, not seen by anyone, not even by the readers" :P

Non-alcoholic beer should be fine, but sort of not the point...

It's nice to know that technology in the future is just as confusing as it is now.

Oh yes, I guess it will always be like that. I once got a print-scan multifunction device, I had to put in all the ink cartridges in order to install the scanner software. There may be some sort of hidden logic here, something along with "you're not supposed to use just one part of a device". O.O

That nurse is cute. She sure was glad for the distraction, lol. I can hear her running quietly out of the room behind their backs XD

I can imagine. Discussions with "brats" who just want and want and want, explaining them why they can't have those things they want, can indeed be tiring... ;)
