Damn interruptions!
Some of your clothing designs are pretty wild, like the guy behind Alph and on the previous page. Love them!

Damn interruptions indeed! Just as he finally managed to build up enough courage to ask.. xD

Cool :D Yes, I put some thoughts and effort on what kordinar fashion would look like, the result a mix of skintight "superhero" spandex, things inspired by various science fiction series, combined with "creative" stuff.

If I drank a big drink like he just did, I'd be on the floor.

I never got into the megapants fad. I'm hoping the U.S. 1980s parachute pants come back in style, because they were so cool :)

I suspect that this so-called "booze" is rather booze watered out with some pretty sugary strawberry flavored soft drink.. The people in this future world are physically improved, but still... That stuff just can't be pure booze. O.O

Actually, that megapants comment was inspired by something I did see back then in the 80s. Not the parachute pants (yes, they look cool :D), they really did look like.. yes, very very very wide. Would perfectly fit the kordinar fashion style, and with that there are also the people making fun of them. :P

That just had to happen, it's no way this is going to be easy. Poor Alph.. ;)

And yay thanks. Great to hear that it worked out, I put a fair amount of work in thinking out those :D

Love that crazy expression in panel 3! And I still marvel at how you have mastered the art of making a scan of pencil work pop so well.

Party crazy is the only thing which can save Alph's sanity now..

And thanks :D
Basically a two-step method - first 'adjust lighting levels' in Photoshop, making the most of the lines black, and whiting out most of the "dirt" (superfluous lines, crumpled paper, smudges, etc). Then, a whole lot of extra work editing out further stuff which should not be there (again superfluous lines etc but too dark for the whiting out method). The first step takes a minute or so per page, the second step one to two hours.. D:

MIAaa I finally sat down to read this and ohh. Wow I love this, Alph is so endearing and I fear for Pete! I love the style of your pages, too. You've got such cool pencil work. *v*

Thanks a lot :D Always great to hear that the art works out, especially when it's pencil, which is not a very popular tool.

Yes, Pete is pretty scared... He has his reasons. Poor guy indeed. D:
